What is your favorite Christmas (or another holiday) tradition that you learned from your parents and still use in your own families?

One that I can think of is how "Santa" stuffs the stockings...apple in the toe, orange in the heel, fill it with tons of goodies, and top it off with a banana and a big candy cane poking out the top! Stockings aren't stockings unless Santa fills them like that! =)
